Noandish Sakhteman Consulting Engineers' (NASCONS) shareholders, established Bidvan Consulting Engineers at 1980, and almost all of their activities, had been concentrated in that office up to 2003 (NASCONS establishing date) and from then, all their projects as well as their potentiality and ability, were transferred to the new company.

This company is a member of the "Iranian Society Of Consulting Engineers",(ISCE) and also has a certificate for consulting in structural and architectural projects.

According to the experiences of wind tunnel tests for some of the projects, in cooperation with Aerodynamique Eiffel, Noandish Sakhteman Engineers are ready to present consulting services for wind tunnel tests on different levels.

Main work fields: Structural, architectural, and landscaping design, design of special projects such as heavy industrial structures, claddings and glazing facade, cable structures, membrane structures, ….
